Move by Madi
Your space, your pace, your life. Move for you.
Serving others has always taken up space in my heart. I believe that every experience in my life has led me to create these programs, and the love I have for helping others to feel healthy and inspired is undoubtedly my life’s purpose.
It’s true, I have always been one of those super active people with a need to be moving.. From a young age I started dancing, cheering, and competitive running. As an adult I became passionate about teaching, personal training, distance running, and body-building. I have always felt a strong desire to push my body and mind to achieve physical goals.
I created Move by Madi out of a necessity to regain my strength and physique after my second baby. Amidst the barriers of small children and time constraints, I found a white space in the market for quick, effective home workouts. Fitness that could be done anywhere, in short amount of time, without getting monotonous.
At the tail end of January, just after launching Move by Madi, I suffered a spontaneous brain hemorrhage and was hospitalized in the intensive care unit for two weeks. It was one of the most challenging times of my life, followed by weeks of chaos as my family and I worked to sweep away the residual dust that the event left behind. Looking back now, I can honestly refer to it as my “awakening.”
Lots of people claim to be “different” after a brain injury. I feel like I was changed; like a part of my mind that wasn’t working suddenly lit up and began processing. The teacher in me has since been pouring the knowledge of a powerful mindset into those around me.
I think the greatest gift I can give to the world is the power of movement. Through movement that’s been made simple, consistent, and flexible, one can get into a routine of constant motion. When your body and mind are consistently moving, big shifts start to take place within all areas of your life.
My hope is that through my guidance you will find a renewed connection to the power of your own strength, a revitalized appreciation for what your body and mind are capable of, and a joyful outlook on the opportunity to Move everyday.

I saw major results after just one month (down 10 lbs, 2 pant sizes, and seeing real ab definition!), but what I realized was that it wasn’t just results in my physical appearance, but in my mentality, motivation, AND passion for my overall health.
I haaaaaate working out, but the Move by Madi challenges have transformed the way that I look at movement, and now I get to the point where I actually look forward to it! I’m a mom of two littles and am in the best shape I’ve ever been in in my life. I’ve never been more proud of myself; I feel so STRONG and HEALTHY.
The workouts are easy, done at home on your own time, there is a
phenomenal supportive community, and best of all – each workout only
takes 15-25 minutes!!!…..and you don’t HAVE to run, so naturally I
love it.
else who is like me and doesn’t know anything about fitness, is always available to answer questions and makes sure you realize that no question is a stupid question.
gets. Joining this community has literally been the best decision I’ve
ever made for my health. If you’re looking for a new way to empower
yourself with accountability and prioritizing your physical health,
there is no better place to look!”

I let myself go with all the stresses of life. I lost myself and hated my body. I forgot how important it was to take care of your body. Madi opened my eyes to a new way of healthy living. My body was so much stronger by the end of the first challenge, and more importantly my confidence and self love increased to a level where it had never been.
Madi’s approach to healthy living really does work and it is doable for anyone! When I first started, I didn’t have any children. I now have a 4 month old baby, work full time, and have still been able to do the workouts! I highly recommend Move By Madi to anyone who wants to strengthen their body and boost their self confidence! You will have an incredible community of people supporting you!”

“First off!! I have NEVER been an “exercise or eat right” type of girl!! I will celebrate the Big 5-0 this year. Queen of Coca-Cola and Dr Pepper. I would start my mornings with a pop in my hand. I began Move in January 2018. I had a Big Anniversary coming up. It would be 30 years for my husband and I. I wanted to do some photos for our special anniversary but how could I with the insecurities I had with my body.
I was weighing in at more than I had ever weighed in my life, including when I was pregnant with both of my children. I didn’t like myself and hated and refused to share photos with that chubby face and tummy.
I give the credit of my newly found fitness to the Move by Madi Program and a few special people that pushed me along the way. The Move workouts fit so well into my routine because my husband and I are very busy people. I could do this from home in minutes a day with the option to choose beginner, intermediate or advanced options!! No one to watch and I wasn’t in the spotlight of “gym” people.
I am the story of a girl who shed 35lbs, began to choose healthier options, and who fit these quick but effective workouts in before work. I feel better about myself as I have maintained my health, fitness, and weight.
Thank you, Madi!!”
