I’m just like so many of you, which is what led me to create the MOVE method. I believe that movement and health can and should be made doable for everyone, no matter what phase of life they’re in. I noticed a white space in the fitness community for simple, effective workouts for beginners through elite fitness enthusiasts. Out of personal necessity, I created workouts I could do in my own space, at my own pace, to work with my life. My journey through running, bodybuilding, collegiate dancing, personal training, teaching, and motherhood have provided me with the tools to not only understand the science behind movement and nutrition, but also the mindset needed to maintain a consistent healthy lifestyle. I believe we can all find a way to conquer life’s hurdles, find a rhythm with health and fitness, and start harnessing the inner and outer strength we all possess.

This PDF, downloadable guide provides quick, daily hiit workouts for all levels of fitness. The only materials needed are 5/8/or 10 pound dumbbells. The April Movement guide provides access to a private challenge group with daily check ins, tutorials, accountability calendars, and community. Participants must have Facebook accessibility.
